Project Description: The internationalization project of Addiction srl aims to expand the company’s presence in the German market, which is highly strategic due to its large industrial groups seeking innovative software solutions for information management and communication.

The strategy involves several coordinated phases:

  • An accurate analysis to identify target customers.

  • An initial Assessment and consulting from a Temporary Export Manager (TEM) to define the best market entry strategy.

  • In parallel, the enhancement of digital promotion activities to increase the visibility of the company and its products.

The project also features a direct presence in the market through B2B meetings aimed at establishing solid collaborations with commercial partners, agencies, software houses, and local distributors.

This integrated approach drives an increase in foreign turnover and consolidates the positioning of Addiction srl as a provider of cutting-edge technological solutions for industrial enterprises.
